Delivery Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Provide an address where someone can sign for the parcel
  • We do not ship to: P.O. Boxes, Parcel Collect / A.P.O. / F.P.O. addresses

All orders are shipped with signature on delivery for added peace of mind

Order Issues

  • Damaged Goods: We’ll replace any items damaged during transit upon receipt of photographic evidence
  • Lost/Stolen Items: KOLEF is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after dispatch. We recommend using a secure address for delivery

Insurance

All orders are insured during transit. Once the parcel is marked as delivered and signed for, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We recommend choosing a secure address.
