Processing Times
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Peak periods (launches and sales): Dispatch may take up to 5–7 business days.
Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
- Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
- These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please check with your local customs authority if you are unsure.
- United States orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs and government charges. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are payable by the customer upon importation.
Delivery Instructions
To ensure smooth delivery:
- Provide an address where someone can sign for the parcel
- We do not ship to: P.O. Boxes, Parcel Collect / A.P.O. / F.P.O. addresses
All orders are shipped with signature on delivery for added peace of mind
Order Issues
- Damaged Goods: We’ll replace any items damaged during transit upon receipt of photographic evidence
- Lost/Stolen Items: KOLEF is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after dispatch. We recommend using a secure address for delivery
Insurance
All orders are insured during transit. Once the parcel is marked as delivered and signed for, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We recommend choosing a secure address.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post and trusted international carrier partners.
