At KOLEF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple and straightforward returns and exchange process. Please read our policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We offer refunds or exchanges on full-priced items, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase and is in its original, unused condition with all KOLEF tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
Sale items are eligible for a credit voucher or exchange only, and must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not available on sale items unless they are faulty.
Final sale items are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit unless deemed faulty.
If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately at hello@kolef.com with details and photos of the issue. Items deemed faulty will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. General wear and tear is not considered a fault.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Please ensure you use a registered and traceable form of postage. We recommend keeping the original packaging to reduce waste.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. For purchases made using a combination of a gift card and another payment method, the refund will first be issued to the gift card and any remaining balance to the other payment method.
Exchanges are offered on full-priced items, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we recommend purchasing the desired item separately and returning the original item for a refund or credit.
How to Return or Exchange Your Item
Step 1: Contact KOLEF
Email us at hello@kolef.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Please include your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange.
Step 2: Prepare Your Parcel
Once you receive your RA number, pack your item securely in its original packaging, including the returns form we provide. Use a tracked and insured postal service, as KOLEF is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
Step 3: Ship Your Parcel
Return your item promptly after receiving your RA number. Please ensure it is in original, unused condition with all KOLEF tags attached.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method or provide a credit voucher if requested. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
