Every great product starts with a problem. For KOLEF, that problem was simple, finding a bag that could keep up with real life while still looking polished. The Eden Collection was designed to change that, bringing together functionality, style and sustainability in one considered, everyday essential.

Eden is where KOLEF started. Not as a collection, but as a question. Why is it so hard to find a bag that actually works?

One that fits everything you need, keeps you organised, feels comfortable to carry, and still looks refined. Not overly complicated. Not overly designed. Just… right.

So we decided to create it.

The Idea

For our founder, Andrea Woo, the idea came from everyday life. Juggling work, travel, family and everything in between, the bag she needed simply didn’t exist.

"I didn’t want five different bags for five different parts of my day. I wanted one that could do it all, and still look good."

That became the brief. A bag that works hard, feels effortless, and moves seamlessly through your day.

Designed Around Real Life

Before designing anything, we asked the question: what do women actually need?

Through surveys, conversations and focus groups, the same frustrations kept coming up.

• Bags that were too heavy
• Not enough compartments
• No space for laptops or bottles
• Beautiful, but impractical
• Practical, but not stylish

"Everything looked good, or worked well. Rarely both."

Eden was designed to solve that.

Why Canvas

We chose recycled cotton canvas as our foundation for a reason. It offered the perfect balance of structure, durability and ease.

Strong enough to hold its shape. Soft enough to feel comfortable. And considered from a sustainability perspective.

It allowed us to create a bag that feels elevated, without being precious. Something you can use every day, without thinking twice.

Starting With One

We began with the Eden Medium Tote.

The ultimate everyday bag. Designed to carry everything you need, without becoming overwhelming. Structured, organised and considered in every detail.

From there, something interesting happened.

Women wanted the same experience, just in different formats.

Expanding Eden

So we expanded.

The Eden Mini Tote, for lighter days when you still want structure and organisation, just in a more compact form.

The Eden Pouch, designed for clever organisation within your bag, or on its own. A place for everything, made simple.

Each piece built from the same idea. Functional, refined, and designed to work together.

What Comes Next

Eden is just the beginning.
